I'm basing my estimates on bioelectric impendance (which is shit I know) but last time I got 13.8% bf at 64.8kg and now I'm at 66kg but have lifted for almost a year so it should be 14% probably, I have slight abs.You won't reach 8%, mein nigger, that is extremely lean.
