Going to bring up bimax to my ortho

I have braces at the moment and I’ve got my next appointment with my ortho in a few weeks. I’m gonna say something along the lines of “I’ve noticed my lower jaw sits further back in comparison to the rest of my face, and it pushes my tongue back so it’s harder for me to breathe, do you think I’d be a good candidate for a bimax ?”. I have my braces on the nhs so hopefully I can also get the bimax for free aswell. It would be amazing if I could get this when I’m still young. If it all goes well I think it should be done by the time I’m 19-20.
