i will source the gems myself, and source them as close to mogok as possible, mainly due to the fact their unheated rubies look the best in my opinion. also to make sure the gems are compatible together @BrahminBoss

i think i’ll go with silver as the base of the necklace. not the biggest fan of gold

for sapphire i kinda want a star, but the best are in sri lanka. hopefully i can find a good sourced one in myanmar

i’ll be in hong kong soon so might get the ring made and probably start with emerald and blue sapphire. i want to source the ruby from myanmar myself however so will have to wait until the end of my circumnavigation
