going to cut medial canthus. advice?

im planning on cutting my medial canthus. i was planning on cutting lips for better mouth to lip ratio but im on the fence about it. im gonna take tazarotene and maybe acutane to help my nose. im ordering minox and eyebrow dye, same with tinted sunscreen. ive been bsing (i know it doesn't work and that its cope but fibrosis still adds to the illusion of bone mass).

what else should i do/ what should i change. please give advice about the other things too.

Heres some advice, close your eyes and pray to gandy because no amount of cutting will fix your asymmetry and recession. Buy vip and delete this low iq post and might aswell delete ur account too because its obvious you have no idea what ur doing and probably just saw some dude on tiktok do it and you thought it would ascend you. You’re young you shouldnt be focusing too much on your looks and just let puberty do its work and focus on having proper development in your adolescence.
