im bsing (i know its cope) for zygos and chin
im also training neck to raise hyoid bone

firstly bro cutting your lips is so stupid surgeons study precisely how to do such stuff for 5-10 years this process your trying to just fucking DIY will both your lips for months and you probably look like Joker Lol dont do it
secondly your lips are genuinely really good nose is a bit of an issue for me Accutane reduced my nose size upto 15-20% I would rather recommend you to use Taz though on nose or hydroquosine(only after extensive research) as Accutane may give you permanent chapped lips

tazarotene is a 3rd gen retinoid basically tretnoins daddy also if by lips giga over you mean chapping then run a low dose like me 60 mg per week less to no side effects plus free nose shrink and no acne

That depends on your nasal bone I believe plus long nose can be a halo depending on your face

i usually wear glasses to fraud a shorter nose (and cover my fucked infras) which can help my mouth to nose ratio, but i have a jew nose so idk if the taz or accutane will help fix that.

side profile? Accutane and taz will only help reduce the width shape depends on the underlying bone structure anyways that will be good for you
