Going to do canthus cutting and lip cutting

Completed lip cutting im a bit more
apprehensive about the canthus cutting as need precision, i forgot to use an alchohol wipe for my mouth so hoping that i dont get an infection so i can continue this hopefully in 2 days providing it heals.
Any advice for canthus cutting? im
