If you have excess fat will fasting go after the fat or muscle first

its fun to have a change, nice to return to eating when over , when fasting its nice to rest and computermax
This is kinda like when ur taking a fat shit and ur squeezing it out and its really painful but ur so relieved when its finallly out

You have no proof of this
Ur body will increase Hgh production when fasting and so t which will increase protein sparing and lipolysis so the little protein you eat if on low protein fast won’t turn to carbs and or fat. Also why you trynna be Einstein nigga :lul: ur body will always prioritise burning fat over muscle unless u have twink test levels like u jfl

Yeah that’s what I thought although muscle is very taxing for the body to keep

No you’ll lose glycogen which will make em look smaller but you won’t lose the actual muscle, that would be rhabdomyolysis or necrosis

Ur body will also use up the glycogen stores in ur body which are a lot, I lose like 3 inches on my arms during an aggressive cut and as soon as I begin carbing up they inflate. Off course ur body will lose muscle while fasting if prolonged and/or low protein and/or low bf
