ive been working hard to achieve the way i look now but im still grinding for more. second pic was yesterday and the first pic was in february 24. im going to list what i did down below;
i highly increased my water intake (from 1L a day to 2.5-3L).
3 hours biking almost every day.
i strictly cut off my sodium intake (fast food, noodles/instant ramen, processed foods(canned meat) try to keep it <2000mg/day.
increased potassium( bananas, boiled potatoes and oranges).
eat more whole foods.( rice, eggs, oat with milk, chicken breasts). i hope my guide helps you all ascend because i believe that everyone has potential. if i missed anything make sure to add them in replies.:feelsgood:❤️

Bro jus eat less salt bro jus drink banan juice brooooo you don't need loop diuretics brooo bloat is a problem that requires long term intervention to solve broooo you debloat and then you stay debloated brooo bloat isn't an acute reaction to electrolyte, food and water consumption brooo

or skip all that and ingest furosemide

also caffeine is a meme, in my most bloated days i drank 4 cups of coffee a day
and banana has piss poor potassium content (12% daily value) idk why it's known as the potassium fruit, you need to eat around 8 or more to reach daily value alone.
dates are much better since they have 7% daily value and you can snack them unlike bananas where after you eat 2 you feel full.

Debloating isnt a process getting leaner is.
Should never take more than 24 hours. its so easy. you cut salt, eat plenty of the other electrolytes, low carbs, sweat a little, get your blood circulating, move a lot and then pop a low dose diuretic.
