going to finally start actually looksmaxxing

it’s only taken almost a year but i’ve finally stopped feeling sorry for myself and i’m going to try actually looksmax
will probably give this up by next week and go back to ldaring but what i plan on doing is

- leaning to at least 15% bf rn i’m like 18-20%
- neck training to fix my subhuman thin neck
- eating better so i’m less bloated and my acne will get better
- gonna try start doing skin care
- cardio everyday
- going to go to the orthodontist because i’m pretty sure i have a slight overbite so i’m gonna try get that fixed too
- start sleeping properly (i sleep 4-6 hours a night)

i’m open to any more suggestions from any of you

pretty much what im doing except for the neck part since my neck is fine

anyways whats ur plan for diet?
