Descended hard this past month. Awful roid bloat awful diet ran out epleronone and been taking fucked doses of hctz everything feels awful

No amount of drugs replaces a healthy lifestyle learned it the hard way because the more shit I added to my stack the more to ascend the more I descended in other ways.

Anyways I got more Reta coming tomorrow so it’s time to return to prime

Once a day 25 mg for 10 weeks

No but once I took 75 mg in one day leading up to a date and broke out sweating like crazy in February when it was cold as fuck outside but apparently sweating isn’t a symptom of epl

Yup I looked my best on just test with typical orals like dut and accutane. Was debloated to the fucking max despite the same diuretic stack it wasn’t until I started messing with my doses and eating more junk food that I started to look worse. Though I don’t regret roids bc they allowed me to get crazy lean quicker and leaner than I ever could natty and improved my posture and my height slightly as I’m constantly measuring 1-2 cm taller now unless it’s just the water retention
