Going to get chin wing

First I wanted bimax but I think the chance of it being botched are very high also it’s just very difficult to find a willing surgeon. Anybody know best blackpilled surgeons for chin wing , and could I still get bimax 1-2 years after chin wing

Problems I have seen in a few chinwings are asymmetry, an mandibular angle that lost angularity and because only the lowest border of the jaw is moved forward the area/fold above can look recessed.
After my own chinwing I'm also not sure if I can perhaps have had some bone resorption along the wing.
