Going to gym with a cough?

I am sick since 8 days. I dont have fever or other symptoms, but im coughing a few times every hour.
Should i wait 2-3 days for the gym, or go slow again today?
Im scared to lose muscles and weight, since i am already way to skinny at 68kg on 178cm.
 
if you dont feel tired, go. training is immuno-suppressive in the short term, but long term it improves your immune system. also youre not gonna lose muscle in 3 days lmfao

I was sick for 7 days and i definitely got weaker when i started again.
 
Exercise is proven to help the body fight off infection
 
If youre not sick, go train, it will not affect you
