Going to health/softmax from january

As the title states im looking to health/softmax from january. I’m cutting out all processed foods by doing an animal based diet, no alcohol or nicotine. No Gooning. Lowering my cortisol by sleeping more, and i will probably buy some retinol to improve my skin. My original plan was to do this for one month. Is there anything else i can do to improve in that timeframe?

another good softmax is getting a lash serum/hopping on oral minox even tho it will bloat u hellas, dye browns and lashes black

Stop getting fear mongered no animal based diet is gonna magically ascend you, getting lean (8%-15%bf) will. Instead of retinol get tretinion or accutane, depending on how severe your acne is. One month isn't gonna do shit, depending on your starting point it could take anywhere from 6 months to 2+ years.

stop the bs and start rn, a month will also be useless

my bf is super low and my skin is okay but i think my diet is causing facial bloating and some acne
 
Post a picture, it's hard to get tips when people don't know what you specifically need to work on.

accutane is good but with the amount of side effects it has its practically not worth it/poisonous but it depends on the person, my family friend had accutane for 6 months 20mg ed and still has acne, but he just eats like shit which is the problem. idk about acne scars but in general
