I absolutely agree. But neck workouts seem tedious as fuck and boring. are the gains fast?

i honestly dont see myself giving enough of a fuck working out my neck for a year and seeing minimal gains.

Depends on your genetics and if you do roids. Gym is boring af if you dont make gains

I mean why else would you go if it's not to make gains lmao. At least with my upper body I can see that shit but I'd have to measure my neck to notice a few centimeters
