I accidentally told my boss I get home on Sunday, as he expected me

They called me while I was still on vacation, and asked me where I am

And I didn't see it for a while and told them I'm still on vacation, and my flight got canceled so I may not be able to come in on monday either

Then on Monday, I was supposed to go in, and texted the boss "can you confirm nobody took my shift? I can come in for my shift as we got an early flight"

Nigga didn't respond until literally 2 mins after my shift would have began, and I was speeding over

Then he said " the shift is covered"

Then I drove home

Hopefully these niggers don't grill me when i walk in today

It's delivering for Jimmy John's so idgaf tbh, using my car for a job is not ideal and I need a better job anyway

It's actually pretty solid, was at like 16-17 an hour on my first day

I was down bad applying to a lot of spots, I might just fake my resume and change it so it's more appealing and find anyowhr job
