As the title says, I'm going to show the above morph of my face to a cosmetic surgeon in the distant future.

These are the surgeries I tried to imitate:
Custom jaw and chin implants,
Lower eyelid retraction + maybe infraorbital implants,
Eye laser depigmentation (Hopefully mine turn out grey or blue)

Should I also get a lip lift to shorten my philtrum? I tested it out on the morph and it looked uncanny, fucked my ratios up.

Give me some recommendations on anything I should add, maybe something to fix my horse face.

i dont know your palatal width but if your palate is narrow, expansion would great help you. look for mse first imo.

nah, thats usually cope, ur nose doesnt significantly widens. most mse results of ppl who's nose got wider is mostly just water retention and inflammation making it look bigger. imo nose wideing is probably the biggest cope for mse. if your palate is narrow, then expansion WILL help.

Already had mse because of my sleep apnea. Plus wouldn't further expansion fuck up my eye spacing ratio?

not really, it widens everything as a whole. also you sure got enough expansion? can you show your lower palate and upper palate.
