• IPL laser
• mole removal
• botox
• facial (no homo)
• liposuction

Facial fat transfer with adipose stem cells is probably the most underrated and cheapest looksmax.
By far the easiest and best looking way to fix minor asymmetries in your cheeks/undereyes/jaw and restore volume lost by aging.

One of these guys got facial fat transfer. The other didn't.
