I chewed and bit hard on few 1 inch pieces of freshly demolished coconut the other day. That really had my jaw sore and I could feel it for the next 2 days.

Even chicken meat or nuts/other hard foods can't deliver me this effect.

Provided that I'm 17, I noticed my ramus lower too since the past 1 year.

I'm gonna ask me mommy to feed me more of this and chew it instead of chewing gum, since i'm suspicious about chewing gum and it's other effects atm.

I'll update soon after I see results. I am very certain it's gonna work. I am trying to test and see for myself whether the hypertrophy is legit or not.
But i'm definitely not going to be expecting a sharp jawline because i am currently high bf. let's give it a try however.

Idk about them specifically, but so many normies and probably shekeled backed researches have showed that chewing gum can cause Alzheimer and brain tumors. I don't want to risk it any further, even though i have been chewing gum for the sake of breath usually.

Well since it's summer, you should try to chew raw carrots, to get those masseters poppin and get more orange tan. Orange tan on your already tanned skin will make you literally med bro, gl

Carrots are good for beta carotene and vitamin but they aren't really hard and good enough for chewing purposes. I'm trying to chew and see how legit it is in terms of results.

Masseters are a skeletal muscle that can grow just like any other muscle, denying this fact is retarded. Bruxism is the medical term for over grown masseters due to teeth grinding.

Ive proven masseters grow with chewing in multiple threads, I’ve even grown them back after masseter botox reduction.

There are a couple of problems with it:
How can I be sure that this "transformation" isnt directly linked to your botox injection?
How can I be sure that its not just you flexing your masseters?
How can I be sure that its not some angle manipulation, its so easy to create an effect of good jaw
How can I be sure that this chewing effect is even semi permanent, like the other muscles?

Yeah I agree, I've chewed normal hard foods during mid teens and none of that stuff works in jaw remodeling or masseter hypertrophy.
