going to start erda, any recommendations?

im going to start w/ 4mg of erda daily and record the height change after 1 bottle (28 days), im not sure exactly which phosphate binder to go with and how strong I should go. im 19 and starting at 5'11 on the dot (will remeasure tmrw for better estimate)

please give me any advice before i fuck up my whole life, and im going to use it so thats not off the table

fuck if i know, i tried getting an x-ray of my wrist aswell as asked for bone age scan but no ones willing to do it because its not necessary; i dont think 28 days of erda will demolish me if they are closed but i want to try in case
