No more dreading some squats giving me the knees of a 80 year old man, or snapping my back pushing for some pointless PR

I've quit the gym three times over ten years trying to hit big numbers on the 'big three'.

If I just did some shitty split routine and no legs I would have reached my genetic potential years ago.
 
Just do the hack squat machine and DB bench press
