You shouldn’t go to gym unless you’ve properly maxed out callisthenic - you can do 30+ pull ups, 15+ one arm push ups, 15+ handstand push ups, 20+ deficit shrimp squat… and even then you can add another 30% or so with weighted vests before it gets truly uncomfortable…
Gym is just for ego lifting to impress the sluts there and is chad-only … or would be if these guys had brains. Why compress your spine with bar squats when you can do insane ROM on one leg with deficit shrimp and even hold a dumbell for added weight?

You can toss calisthenics rings over park pull up bars for that right. I’ll just buy some rings and drop gym then. Leaves me more free time (fucking commute)I was actually thinking about this earlier.
I think your best option is to get one of those expanding pull up bars you put in your door frame.
Then start by installing it about chest height, stand with your feet under it and just lean back with your whole body straight, pivoting on your heels, til your arms are straight then pull yourself back. Like a standing row.
(there might be some transition steps between these two, like progressively lowering the bar and having your feet forward of it, like a 45 degree row)
Once that’s quickly useless you can mount it lower, like waist height and lie on the ground and do inverted rows which are much easier than pull ups.
Then finally once you can do a bunch of those, you can probably manage at least a few real pull ups.

I love being able to go for my walk and just bang out 15 dips and 15 pull ups at the park without breaking a sweat. It feels so much better than straining under a barbell in a gym full of bitchy foids and chads. One day that will be muscle ups!

i do. no swigning or momneutum whatsoever and full reps. with swinging and momuntem i can do 17-18Watch your form if you’re that obsessed with maxes.
That’s exactly why I am still maxxing out on callisthenics. I am not even close to the numbers I posted yet but I am making progress towards them.
Foids I hookup with do compliment my body but obviously it’s not good enough yet to be a IG or Tinder thirst trap and I have no intention to ever try and satisfy male gaze.
And this is why we don’t go to the gym until we max out callisthenics - a guy like that will show up and mog you to the grave. Why would you walk willingly into the lions den?
