I only go to framemax so I’ll be doing:
5 sets wide grip rows till failure
5 sets lateral raises till failure
then cardio maybe if I finish early

What part of the back do wide grip rows hit? Do they help with width?

you need to train your chest if you want good scapular positioning.

the upper body works like this, if your back is underdeveloped compared to the front you get rounded shoulders, if the front is underdeveloped compared to the back they're pulled back, both make you look narrower than you actually are and you want them to be in a good neutral position.

also train the rest of your upper body so you don't end up looking like this.

Idk I think I feel lower back when I do them. They also activate traps which is why I do them, so I don’t have to do shrugs since I hate that exercise
