Going to try and do my first looksmax guide. Any tips?

Im gonna create a guide for frame as most guides are either water, outdated, or "just do roids brooo". Ive got some points down but is there anything that you guys would want me to include?
Also any tips on how to format it

nobody needs a 100th frame guide it's just ur clavicles, training shoulders and frauding.
