Doctor said there is a class of higher anti biotics he can put me on. Other option is accutane.

I tried tret and it made things worse. Adapelene and benzopoxide helped a bit too but mainly the anti biotics.

i would give it another chance, depending on how long u were on it before

due to the increase in cell turnover your acne will appear "worse" cause its surfacing

if ur skin takes a long time to adapt this can suck for the first period of time

if u go with the highest concentration u will probably need to slug (apply vaseline, then tret, then vaseline again, i think)
