Going to university or working and saving to start a business?

I probably shouldn’t be looking for fucking life decisions on an incel forum but everyone here is male and same age l. Anyways I have an offer to study economics and finance at UCL but honestly I don’t want to go and seeing how all are unemployed anyways after graduating and how ai is replacing all these finance jobs anyways. I was thinking of just not going and going into employment to save as much money as i can and start something a business. Is this a stupid idea?

But anyway, do you think you’d be able to take on an endeavor as big as starting a business? Takes a certain type of person. And if we’re being honest that type of person is not asking the 14 year olds of org for advice on their life path. Also trucking industry has its ups and downs. Why would you want to start a trucking company when there are many other industries with higher profit margins?

Holy what are the chances you are into trucking aswell lol i swear if you are in the uk too im crashing out. Anyways my uncle is a truck driver and he always goes on about buying a truck and starting a business so i kind of just hopped on his idea. Are you in the UK?

Nah man, I’m from Southern California. My dad owns a small trucking company and plans on retiring soon. I’d like to scale it into a larger business. It’s pretty cutthroat in California. Lots of competition. How’s the industry in the UK?
