i’ve been using tretinoin 0.025 for a week now and i’ve gotten no irritation or anything like that when using it and my skin has improved in the slightest bit should i go up to 0.05?

Most dermatologists recommend to use 0.025 for a couple months and then to up it to 0.05 if there are no irritations. So I would use it for at least a month and then maybe up it

just be patient, your skin isn't to magically going to fix itself in a week
