Gonial Angle/Chin filler in Thailand

I’m going to Thailand in a month and just said fuck it I’m going to get some jaw angle and chin filler from a reputable doctor cause it’s so much cheaper. Muh muh migration I know but it’s the lowest risk area and juvederm is different than hydrolonic acid. Considering slight lip and under eye filler as well but seems like that’s much higher risk of migrating. Should be around $1500. Attaching pics, main goal would be to improve ramus height and gonial angle slightly and improve chin projection to balance out nose. Lmk what you think.
