My gonial angle is quite high; roughly 120-125 degrees. My mandible is almost flat. My ramus, however, is slanted backwards. I'm wondering if it is fixable, or if it is even a flaw at all.
The bottom of my ramus feels perpendicular to my mandible, but it curves outwards as it goes towards my ear.

usually gonial angle is kind of cope if you have higher angle and u still have sharp jaw it wont make much difference, but look into ccw via pulling upwards aka beltpulling, it is extremely painful but can work

120-125 is not bad at all. < 123 is ideal

And imo high angle is only a flaw if your jaw is downgrown, if its caused by a proclined ramus, how you described it its not that big of a deal
