Gonial angle/Ramus help needed!

My front profile could be rated Hmtn to Lhtn maybe Mhtn but I have a problem with my side profile,my gonial angle and ramus are both fucked I've read about some threads talking about premolar chewing and using the utmost back teeth and chin tucks im planning to post a month later after trying these,any advice will be appreciated.
