idk dont ask me i never had that problem but gonial angle ig just do better posture i have a short ramus and it looks fine even with a "downward jaw growth" i just fixed my neck posture lol

or maybe i didnt have a bad jaw it was just bad posture but try nonetheless

u can't just fix those things the only way is surgery

i thing jaw implants would be good for the gonial angle, possibly filler
they'd also work for the chin, but you can also get a genioplasty on the chin
