a high gonial angle means your jaw ramus is naturally short, which causes your jawline to slope steeply downward from the ear instead of sitting flat and horizontal. you cannot fix this with fillers or mastic gum because you are missing actual bone volume at the back corner of your jaw.
if you want to physically lower that angle to get a sharper, wider jaw, there are only two real structural hardmax routes:

1. custom wrap-around jaw implants (the standard aesthetic route): this is the most common fix. a surgeon takes a 3d ct scan of your skull and prints custom implants out of peek or titanium. the implant is designed to physically extend below and behind your natural bone, creating an artificial lower border. this physically lowers your gonial angle, lengthens your ramus, and widens your jaw horizontally. do not buy cheap off-the-shelf jaw implants because they don't lower angles properly and look uncanny. look into surgeons like eppley for this.
2. sagittal split osteotomy / bsso (the functional reconstructive route): if your high gonial angle is caused by a severely recessed lower jaw (class ii malocclusion), a maxillofacial surgeon can literally cut your mandible and slide the entire lower jaw bone forward and downward. this changes the rotation of your jaw structure and naturally creates a more horizontal gonial angle. but you only qualify for this if you actually have functional bite issues or a recessed chin that requires a full bimaxillary advancement.

if your bite is fine and you just want the aesthetic change, saving up for custom peek jaw implants is the only real meta to lower that corner. simple as.
