how would someone lengthen the ramus (BONE ONLY)?

lets say the left got a counter CCW rotation, how would the ramus or the jaw body be able to be filled out?

Could of been advanced alot more and skipped the implants.

Dr Defranqc jewed her.

This would of cost €40,000

Could of done it at €15k with larger advancements

At €40k I would of gotten IMDO + a custom bimax

It's a massive improvement no doubt but could of been done better and cheaper

Anyway she seems happy with result, better then doing some aspie analysis for a few more mm
