Gonial implant always looks either too rounded or too fake ?

Talking about flared jaw gonial implant to incrase bigonial width + angularity

Here it is =
99% of gonion implants protude under the original gonion.
Problem is that many patients complain about the famous "dehiscence" which gives Fake result because the implant protudes separately below the masseters..
But the ones who have their implant within the masseter tend to have a rounded look even with an angular implant and decent BF level

so wich is the best ?
