Can you have a have high set gonials and low set gonial angle at same time

only if ur lower third is very very very short, ideal is philtrum = 1, lips = 2:1, chin = 3:1, so philtrum is 1cm = lips r 2cm chin = 3cm, if ur philtrum lips and chin are very short then its possible
