talked to my surgeon he was recommending jaw angle implants but i told him probs not
he said you can do them later if you want
i am really researching the gonians rn anyone figure something out if implants are worth or not?

is a jaw like this achievable with only trimax + genio no implnats? (infra malar implants too )

Depends what you start with. Widening with bimax cannot do a lot.

Fillers can do a little but have diminishing returns. If you just think about the geometry of it, projection increases only as the cube root of volume injected.

Maybe with both the widening bimax and 1-2ml filler each side you could achieve 10-15mm widening.

That is true. These implants are mostly either for people who are scared of fillers, don’t need bimax but have very narrow jaws, or who are dysmorphic and want a surgery plan that looks like Clavs.
