Glad you're experimenting by going into the more serious procedures, but as a default for all looksmaxxing I'd say you should drop bodyfat before doing anything, especially things that involve adding mass

Results will be sharper, more satisfying, and more worth it overall if you're working on a lean face compared to one that isn't
