one piece advice I would say is don't do filler at the chin for vertical lengthening since they utilise a cantilever effect where they use filler to horizontally project the chin and them stack filler vertically on that filler they just placed - never looks good and causes a whole array of problems

Tbh getting custom peek implants if it were affordable would be ideal but they are asking 20k euro alone for midface only so getting both custom would be 35-40k alone. It would ascend me higher than fillers for sure but they are absurdly expensive and i would rather buying a new car instead. Even if they did lefort 2 i personally wouldnt get it since imo risk reward is off the charts(had 14 non looksmax related surgeries before and got bed ridden for months and still wouldnt dare getting my face open for lefort)
