Gonion growth

How could I increase the width of my gonions? I've looked quite a bit on this and only methods I've seen is bs and hardmaxxing which i probably will do. Just wanted to know if there is any softmaxx for them so i can avoid going under the knife

surgery is best bet but you can bs gonions it just takes years

Try hard chewing before anything though it might help
