How do I fix this asymmetry and how do I tell if I have inward or outward gonions?

You have inward-neutral gonions and the asymmetry just looks like its due to you chewing on one side more making one side of your face more bulkier js chew on the side with less bulk and chew tough foods.

the asymmetry might be from uneven chewing u can chew on the weaker side and u can just tell if the gonions are wide or nah if the jaw is wide then they are outward

can i change my gonions without surgery?

do you mind highlighting the area where you say it caves in just so i can see better and have a better reference
there is no actual caving but its more neutral than flared look around the ramus region if it was outwards the area would look to be flared out.
