We all have inward and small gonions or at least we had, this is a method I tried and gained 4mm sideways.
Method:
Periosteal needling with growth factors from blood
A) Insert 0.3 mm acupuncture needle through skin to periosteum (you should feel scraping and resistance, but don't push harder)
B) Inject 0.1 mL of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the points – obtain from own blood.
C) PRP preparation
1) Draw 10 mL venous blood into citrate tube.
2) Centrifuge at 1200g for 8 minutes at room temperature.
3) Three layers: plasma (top), buffy coat (middle – white), red blood cells (bottom).
4) Extract 0.5-0.7 mL of buffy coat using 1 mL syringe.
5) PRP concentration: 3-5x baseline platelet count (target 1 million platelets/microLitre).
6) Activate PRP with 0.05 mL of 10% calcium chloride.
7) Wait 60 seconds for gel formation.
8) Use immediately – growth factor half-life is 7 minutes after activation.
D) draw 5 points along the gonial rim, should be on the side and back and down, repeat injection everywhere on the points with 0.10ml of PRP
E) One session every 30 days.
F) Combine with PTH (teriparatide) 20 mcg/day if you want faster results.
Expected gain: 2-4 mm per around 3 months.
Do not bonesmash after cam cause fractures, beware of infections, method cam be used on zygomatic but with less PRP
