40-60 kg dumbell bars also normal long bar setup as y like
a bench where you also can set up flat or incline
different lbs cables
a cycling bike to burn the cals inside or light cardio to keep lean and debloated
i hate going to my gym full of low vibe losers area and walking there for almost an hour back and forth it’s high cortisol and time waisting
what are your thoughts
this way i’m sure 10000% i will easily be consistent my gym basically gonna be infront of my desk where i also do looksmaxxing
