I have pigments and a bit mild scars of my old acne, also a bit pimples, but they are not so bad.

Did 2 times a microneedling + I am using 0.025% tretinoin + started using suncreme.

What should I change?

Also wanne get down to 10% bodyfat from 15%.

I am also bonesmashing and started thumbpulling.

I am 17 and am about 5.8(173cm) and wanna claim 5.9(175)

Also I have 3b-c curly hair and braunblonde hair.

My skin just destroys me.

Need help ASAP.

And btw consistent copesmashing can contribute to actual bone loss from compromising bone mineralization.
