Gonna cold approach at Uni, need help

Pretty much there is weak HTB in one of my uni classes that is just my type, gonna ask her towards the last weeks of the course, how should I approach her/uni girls in general, she sits on a table with a bunch of different chicks, maybe I could catch her on the lecture break

For reference I’m a gymaxxed 6’1 mostly white looking mullato that’s 4.25 PSL

It's not a cold approach if you're meeting her at uni. That's a warm approach - completely different to meeting a random stranger, so you shouldn't go too direct. Just start up some small talk about the course and ask her how she's finding it. Find out a bit about where she's from etc. have a 5 minute chat then leave it at that. Next time you see her after that, she'll remember you, and you can strike up conversation again and ask her to hangout sometime after class. Get her Instagram and chat to her on there.

With warm approach you can afford to take your time.

Inject around 300 - 500 mg Testosterone a week wait until it kicks in (it kicks in after 14 - 21 days )then try approach again

Testosterone matters
