Implants but they are hit or miss, and plus if he does mse his lower palate would be left behind.

i am downgrown slightly but i dont think i need it, i have overbite and need more chin height and better side profile

but honestly i cant even tell if im receesed and need bsso or just to fix bite

But by doing only bsso with cww rotation it means that you'll also need le fort 1,because your bite would be fucked with only bsso your, is your occlusal plane near 0 or you still don't know about it?, is your lower lip behind your upper?

yes my lower lip is under my upper when i bite, however when i jut slightly and allogn upper and lower teeth im the same line, my lips allign good

Yep you got the same problem as me, my bite is good tho, ask the ortho about it if he can do only bsso with cww and see.

Tmj, asymmetry, sleep apnea (but they are hard to larp about because he's gonna check them, you'll need to actually have thos problems).

Or you can tell him that you want it for aesthetics, nothing wrong with that.

If he denies you can go to another ortho wich does it for aesthetical part and not only functional.
