Did you eat no carbs for 2 weeks that’s bad you should cycle it 4-5 days less carbs and then one day fillI tried it for 2 weeks. Felt terrible, deflated, poor sleep quality, zero drive in the gym. I now just remain in a caloric deficit eating normally instead of no carbing it 5 days a week while in a deficit.
Try it, it might work for you. I won’t be trying it again any time soon![]()
No I did 5 days no carbs, 2 days of carbing up. 2 consecutive weeksDid you eat no carbs for 2 weeks that’s bad you should cycle it 4-5 days less carbs and then one day fill

My weight dropped 2.2 lbs in water weight but I did notice I was leaner around my stomach area. Stomach was flatter in the mornings. Got very vascular on carb up days. And any benefits besides the side effects ?
Thx bro so you saying don’t eat like a pig do it slowly on carbloadingMy weight dropped 2.2 lbs in water weight but I did notice I was leaner around my stomach area. Stomach was flatter in the mornings. Got very vascular on carb up days.
Just don’t do what I did. One day I went all out in a big carb meal. Felt like shit, bloated, tired and basically felt tired for hours. I couldn’t even go work out
When carbing up, do it slowly rather than eating a load at once
100% because your body needs to adjust back to eating carbohydrates. It’s also best to not go for sugary sources for carbs but rather sweet potatoes and vegetables initially when reintroducing carbs because the insulin spike is insaneThx bro so you saying don’t eat like a pig do it slowly on carbloading
