just poured 4 scoops of potassium chloride and holy shit i feel like shit nigger def not recommended feel like im bout to throw up but fuck it why not i didnt drop dead so def worth it :lul:

Happend to me too don't worry just stop eating potassium rn and drink a lot of water like 3l per day and your system will flush out the potassium that's what my doctor told me.
