I can tell you from my irl dates that anything more than 2cm fraud is cringe cause if you actually succeed your shoes will come down

i've got flip flops with 2.2 inch height gain. I'll just ask to go toilet real quick, put on a sock insole, and wear the flipflops and ill be 3 inches taller
