Two previous transplants on congenital bald spot.
Was quoted £1500 by a London surgeon but not many reviews. Might take a week off work and go to Hungary or something

That’s a cowlick
Mine isn’t so it is larger and only looks like a cowlick in certain circumstances
I also don't have hair in that region as you do tho but yes my hair is very dense.

I'm the same age as you and literally abuse my hair endlessly but there's 0 sign of any hair loss or breakage. when I buzzed my hair within 2 months I had head full of hair. My hair texture could be better tho I feel. It's kinda wavy, curly type

It was scar tissue because I had two previous scalp reductions, so I assume lots of grafts didn’t survive

Same will probably apply to a third transplant

Do you have any tips to help me keep it this way or some advice on general to improve my hair?
