I feel as if this will be extremely beneficial during puberty.

Currently it's going to be a blend of:
Raisins-boron
Brazil nuts - selenium
Avocado - Boron
Apple skin - Boron
Kefir - bacteria and liquidity.

Pumpkin seeds - magnesium, zinc

I'mma see how this goes, and if it's best in a paste or in a frozen cube to put into a drink

I would just eat prunes or raisins, pref. prunes for boron. Other than that I would just eat muscle meats, organs, and seafood for zinc and selenium as well as almost (if not every) every single nutrient you need like iron, many vitamins, and essential minerals. For selenium make sure you do eat seafood especially shellfish, they also have omega-3 which is very beneficial for development.

Dairy like you said is a must for bacteria, as well as calcium and many vitamins minerals and compounds. I don't have much of a problem with pasteurized dairy as some do, as long as it is minimally like some jersey milk or unhomogenised whole milk or something. Kefir, milk, cheese, butter, etc.

I would not recommend seeds or nuts, or grains or any vegetables or leafy greens at all, as they are not good they have antinutrients, phytates, and defence compounds that are harmful to your health and the absorption of other nutrients. Fruits are good though.

For Omega 3 I usually have sardines since it's super convenient, and high in omega3
