You could try to infiltrate the Jews by converting to Judaism. Read all you can about it, then go to a synagogue talk to the rabbi and say you want to convert and help Judaism however you can as a volunteer.
The rabbi will agree since he can get free work out of you, and put you to do various chores: clean the synagogue, buy groceries, do laundry, prepare meals, etc... You will meet this way other Jews and be able to watch them closely, see how they talk, move, behave, and you will learn their ways.
After a few years, you could move to another city where you aren't known and could claim immediately to be Jewish and not appear suspicious.
